Canvas gallery wraps for Ken Duckert of Corrales.

What are Giclée prints?

  • Printed on an inkjet printer.
  • Using archival quality materials including fine art papers and canvas and pigment inks.
  • A minimum of 300 dpi high-resolution images (bigger is better).

Is there minimum order requirement?

We don’t have a minimum order. Although it is more cost-effective for us to print multiple giclée prints, we understand that in the world of online sales there are times when just one print is needed.

Can you print from an image I took myself?

Yes, we can, but there are a few things to consider. First, is your image quality sufficient for a giclée print? Remember, one of the requirements of a giclée print is to be a minimum of 300 dpi. We will still print your image if it isn’t 300 dpi, but we won’t print it if it isn’t going to look good. In that instance, we will contact you and give you the option of submitting a different image or having us perform the image capture for you.

Do you print business cards and wedding invitations?

No. That requires offset or digital printing. We do greeting cards for artists but, like their prints, they are made to last rather than throw away. We also print banners, posters, signs, and adhesive vinyl for walls, windows, doors, etc. For offset printing, we partner with another local business.

What are the benefits of Giclée prints?

With proper care, a giclée print will last at least 100 years without significant fading. Consequently, using UV protective glass when framing, using an archival quality UV protectant varnish (like ours), and hanging it in a location outside of direct sunlight, it can further increase its life expectancy.

What is the billing process?

We use PayPal to generate quotes and invoices and also for payment processing. Accordingly, you receive the invoice by email and then have the option of paying it online, using the card of your choice, or paying us in-person by cash or check.

Additionally, graphic design projects require a 50% deposit.

How long will it take to receive my prints?

That all depends on the number of orders ahead of you. Typically, you can expect a 2 -4 day waiting period. If you have an unexpected time crunch, let us know and we may be able to expedite your order.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Because our business is home-based, we do appreciate advance notice when someone is coming.
